It is a work that requires a student to describe a research process in details starting from the review of possible sources and up to the analysis of findings. The thesis project is a university assignment, as it requires advanced knowledge in the chosen field. However, some of the high-school students are also facing this task, but, in their case, it is slightly facilitated. While writing a thesis paper, remember, that outline depends on the academic level of the writer, a field of study, and the topic of the work. Nevertheless, there is a structure that most of the teachers and professors ask their students to follow:
- Title page - includes the title of the paper, date, institutional affiliation, information about the student and professor the paper will be submitted to.
- Contents - present the enumerated table with headings to guide the audience through the work.
- Abstract - shortly describes what the paper was intending to present and what was achieved by the end of the research.
- Introduction - explains the purpose of writing and the significance of the issue discussed.
- Literature review - shows sources that were used to conduct a research and analyzes their credibility.
- Methodology - demonstrates approaches and procedures that were employed to gather data and justifies their suitability for the problem.
- Data analysis - processes the information that has been gathered, and reveals problems that have occurred.
